மக்கள் காங்கிரஸிலிருந்து அலிசப்ரி ரஹீம் எம்.பி நீக்கம் – விசாரணையின் பின் உயர்பீடம் முடிவு!

அகில இலங்கை மக்கள் காங்கிரஸிலிருந்து பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் அலிசப்ரி ரஹீம் நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக கட்சியின் தவிசாளர் எம்.எஸ்.எஸ்.அமீர் அலி தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இதுபற்றி அவர் மேலும் தெரிவித்துள்ளதாவது,

“பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் அலிசப்ரி ரஹீம் மீது கட்சியின் ஒழுக்காற்றுக் குழு நடத்திய தொடர்ச்சியான விசாரணையின் பின்னரே, கட்சியின் உறுப்புரிமையிலிருந்து அவரை நீக்கும் தீர்மானம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. பொறுப்புள்ள மக்கள் பிரதிநிதியான அலிசப்ரி ரஹீம் சட்டவிரோதமாக தங்கத்தைக் கடத்திய சம்பவம், கட்சிக்கும் சமூகத்துக்கும் அவரை பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் மக்களுக்கும் மற்றும் நாட்டுக்கும் அபகீர்த்தியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ள நிலையிலேயே, இவரின் உறுப்புரிமையை நீக்குவதற்கு முடிவெடுக்கப்பட்டது.

இது தொடர்பில், விசாரணை நடத்திய ஒழுக்காற்றுக் குழுவின் தீர்மானத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட அகில இலங்கை மக்கள் காங்கிரஸின் உயர்பீடம் இந்த முடிவை எடுத்துள்ளது.

கடந்த பொதுத் தேர்தலில் அகில இலங்கை மக்கள் காங்கிரஸுக்கும் முஸ்லிம் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்புக்கும் (MNA) இடையில் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்ட தேர்தல் உடன்படிக்கையின் பிரகாரம், தராசுச் சின்னத்தில் அலிசப்ரி ரஹீம் போட்டியிட்டமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

இதற்கிணங்க, இவரது பதவி விலக்கல் குறித்த கடிதம் முஸ்லிம் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்பின் செயலாளர் நயீமுல்லாவுக்கும், அலிசப்ரி ரஹீமுக்கும் தனித்தனியாக அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது.”

கடிதத்தைப் பொறுப்பேற்றுள்ள முஸ்லிம் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்பின் செயலாளர் நயீமுல்லா, இது குறித்த நடவடிக்கைகளை முன்னெடுப்பதாக உறுதியளித்துள்ளதாகவும் அகில இலங்கை மக்கள் காங்கிரஸ் தவிசாளர் எம்.எஸ்.எஸ்.அமீர் அலி மேலும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

Parliamentarian Ali Sabry Raheem expelled from All Ceylon Makkal Congress Party led by Hon. Rishad Bathiudeen M.P – Political Authority decides following Inquiry!

Chairman of the Party, Mr. M.S.S. Ameer Ali stated that MP Ali Sabry Raheem had been expelled from the ACMC Party which is led by Former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen M.P.

Stating further, the Chairman said,

“MP Ali Sabry Raheem had been expelled from the party membership following a comprehensive inquiry commenced by the Disciplinary Committee of the party. The Political Authority further found that the conduct of Hon. Ali Sabry Raheem, smuggling gold and mobile phones, has brought disrepute to the ACMC, is contrary to the conduct expected of a Member of Parliament representing the ACMC and amounts to a serious breach of Party discipline

It should be pointed out that as per the Electoral Agreement signed between the ACMC and Muslim National Alliance (MNA) during the last General Elections, MP Raheem contested under the symbol of the MNA.

Thus, the notification of expulsion had been sent to MP Raheem as well as to the Secretary General of MNA, Mr. Naeemullah.”

The Chairman of ACMC also mentioned that Mr. Naeemullah was handed over the letter and that he hopes the Secretary General of MNA would take immediate action in this regard as promised by him.
